功能介紹
本機(jī)為專業(yè)的實(shí)木單板曲面包覆機(jī),可將各種實(shí)木薄片、浸漆紙等材料完么的貼覆于踢腳線、門窗套線、樓梯扶手等各種線條的表面，一次完成表面、側(cè)面、底邊的貼覆。特別適用于門邊花線的包覆。
General Introduction
This machine is just used for wrapping the real wood. It can wrap various thin wood or melamine paper on kick board, set lines of door and windows, and railings of stairs. The wrapping of surface, sides and bottom are accomplished in a single process. It especially fits for the wrapping of the door line.
設(shè)備特性
1、機(jī)架采用優(yōu)良鋼板精加工而成，螺絲連接，避免了焊接造成的機(jī)價(jià)變形。高精度齒輪傳動(dòng)，電機(jī)采用機(jī)械無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速輥.
2、底輪全部采用硅橡膠鋁輪,耐磨性好,不粘熱溶膠,使用壽命長(zhǎng).
3、可調(diào)節(jié)升降膠盤,膠盤可根據(jù)工件的高速進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),從而使木皮與工件的夾角最小,易于包覆.
4、熱膠箱、熱膠盤同步加溫，可滿足大批量生產(chǎn)，無(wú)須頻繁加膠。
Features
1、This machine uses high quality steel and connects with bolt rather that welding so as to avoid disfigure of the framework. High accuracy gear transmission, mechanical stepless speed change in the electrical engine adopts stepless timing.
2、The bottom wheels are all made by silicon rubber and aluminum. They are wearable and not sticky to the glue. And it can be used long.
3、The glue plate can be moved upward or downward according to the height of the work piece so that the wrapping can go smoothly.
4、The glue box and the glue plate will be heated at the same time and it can serve mass production without frequently adding glue to the machine.
