分步固定式切割機(jī)Fixed step cutting machine工作原理Working Principle:翻轉(zhuǎn)吊具把模具空中翻90度后脫模把坯體連同模具側(cè)板放置在切割小車后，切割小車通過電機(jī)啟動自身行走緩緩地通過縱切裝置縱切完成后，切割小車再行走至橫切裝置中央位置停止后，橫切裝置啟動，橫切架自上而下垂直降落，對坯體進(jìn)行橫向切割，切割直至上升復(fù)位Turning over sling turns the mould with 90 degree and demoulds it, the cake together with the side board of the mould are placed on the cutting cart.  Open the motor, the cutting cart moves slowly through the vertical cutting device to complete the cutting. Then it moves to the middle of the cutting device and stops there, the cross cutting device is started at this moment.
